Since 1998, Mr. Donahue has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Federated Investors, one of the world's largest mutual fund and investment firms with over $237 Billion in assets under management. Prior thereto, he had been President and Chief Operating Officer of Federated since 1993. He is President or Executive Vice President of the funds and a Director, Trustee, or Managing General Partner of some of the funds. Mr. Donahue is the son of John F. Donahue and the brother of Thomas R. Donahue. Mr. Donahue is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Donahue has been happily married to his wife, Ann, for over 35 years. They have eight children and fifteen grandchildren, and reside in Pittsburgh, PA.
 
 
 
Daniel A. D'Aniello

Mr. D’Aniello is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Carlyle and is based in Washington, DC.

Prior to forming Carlyle in 1987, he was Vice President for Finance and Development at Marriott Corporation where he was responsible for the valuation of major corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, and project financings. Before joining Marriott, Mr. D’Aniello was a financial officer at PepsiCo and TWA.

Mr. D’Aniello is a 1968 magna cum laude graduate of Syracuse University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and a 1974 graduate of the Harvard Business School, where he was a Teagle Foundation Fellow.

Mr. D’Aniello is on the Board of Directors of Allsec Technologies Ltd, Dunkin’ Brands Group Holdings, Inc., The Council for United States and Italy, Lumen Institute, the Corporate Advisory Council to the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, and the Board of Trustees of Syracuse University. He is also a former Chairman and/or Director of several public and private companies in which Carlyle has had significant investments. He is happily married to his wife of 32 years, Gayle, and is blessed with two daughters. They make their home in Vienna, Virginia.

 
 
 
Eustace W. Mita

Eustace Mita is CEO of Achristavest, LLC, a developer of waterfront properties in New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Eustace is also Chairman of Mita Management, a closely held company with interests in the automotive and real estate industries. Prior to forming Mita Management, Eustace was President and Chief Executive Officer of HAC Group, an automotive dealer training and consulting group with worldwide operations in nineteen countries, acquired by Reynolds & Reynolds in 2000.

Eustace served as a member of the Board of Directors of Reynolds & Reynolds (REY:NYSE), and is a board member of Penske Auto Group (UAG:NYSE). Eustace was a founding director of First Republic Bank (NASDAQ) and a founding member and Executive Director of Lumen Institute.

Eustace is happily married to his wife of 31 years (Susie) and blessed with five children (and two grandchildren). They reside in a suburb of Philadelphia.

 
 
 
David G. Hanna

David G. Hanna is Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of CompuCredit, which was formed in 1996.  CompuCredit has grown to become one of the largest originators of credit cards in the United States.  They currently service over 4.5 million customers. Mr. Hanna has extensive experience in the credit industry including co-founding Account Portfolios in 1990 with his brother Frank. Account Portfolios quickly became one of the largest purchasers of distressed debt in the United States. Prior to founding Account Portfolios, Mr. Hanna was President of the Government Services division of Nationwide Credit. Nationwide was one of the top five receivables management companies in the country and was sold in 1990 to First Financial Management. Mr. Hanna began his career as a lending officer with C&S National Bank in Atlanta.
  
In addition to his business career, Mr. Hanna is also involved in various charitable activities.  He is a founding member of the board of directors of two private Catholic Schools in Atlanta, Georgia.  He serves on the boards of the following institutions:  Holy Spirit Preparatory School in Atlanta, the Solidarity Foundation in Atlanta, St. Jude's Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, the foundation for Children's Healthcare in Atlanta, Catholic Charities of Atlanta, and Piedmont Hospital.  He has a particular interest in childhood cancers as his oldest son went through treatment for lymphoblastic lymphoma for 18 months (with his cancer ultimately going into remission). 

Mr. Hanna has a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and lives in Atlanta with his wife Kim and their three children.

 
 
 
Sean Wolfington

Sean Wolfington owns a real estate investment company that specializes in high growth residential real estate in Southern Florida. Wolfington also owns a media company called The One Media and a film production company called Metanoia Films. Metanoia's first film, Bella, won the Toronto International Film Festival and will be released in 2007 in theatres. At the age of 34, Wolfington was recognized by Ernst & Young as one of the top four finalists in their annual “Entrepreneur of the Year award”, which was won by Wayne Huizenga, founder of Blockbuster and Autonation, the previous year. Wolfington founded and sold two technology and internet marketing companies over the last eight years for close to $400 million dollars in enterprise value. One of Wolfington’s technology companies, BZ Results, contributed to generating billions of dollars in automotive sales worldwide and was recognized as the winner of the “Innovative Company of the Year” along with SAP. Wolfington is also the chairman of The Wolfington Charitable Foundation which actively supports charities that serve the poor, support positive causes and defend the defenseless all around the world. He resides in Miami and Philadelphia with his wife Ana and three children.

 
 
 
Fr. John Connor LC

Fr. John Connor is a member of the religious congregation the Legionaries of Christ. Fr. Connor is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland where he received a Bachelor.s Degree in Finance. Before entering the seminary he worked briefly in the financial services industry with the firm Legg, Mason, Wood & Walker. He was ordained to the priesthood on January 2, 2001 after receiving degrees in humanities from the Center for Humanities and Science in Salamanca, Spain and degrees in philosophy and theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome. Fr. Connor has worked in several different ministries which include dean of discipline at the Everest Academy in Madrid, Spain; chaplain in the missions of Michoacan, Mexico; and retreat director/spiritual director in the Regnum Christi Movement with a specific dedication to the integral formation of Catholic businessmen. Most recently, Fr. Connor was provincial of the Atlanta territory of the Legion of Christ and currently is the North American provincial.s assistant for apostolate.

James A. Hislop is a Managing Director of Transportation Resource Partners and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Penske Capital Partners. Jim was formerly a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch. Outside of TRP, Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors of Penske Corporation, is President Emeritus of the New York Chapter of Lumen Institute and is a Trustee of Kent Place School.
